God told Moses to throw the staff in his hand on the ground, and when he did so, it becam a snake. God tells him to catch that tail. He threw away the staff, relying on and it turned out to be a snake. If you grab the snake's tail, the snake might bite you, but when Moses obeyed and grabbed the snake's tail, it immediately turned back into a staff. This is a word that is connected to Moses’ calling. Go to Israel, who live as oppressed slaves in Egypt like a snake's tail! Israel is a people with a mission as a staff, that is, a scepter symbolizing kingship, and a shepherd's staff.
하나님께서는 모세에게 손에 든 지팡이를 땅에 던지라고 하셨고, 모세가 던지자 지팡이가 뱀이 되었습니다. 주님은 그 꼬리를 잡으라고 하셨습니다. 그가 의지하고 있던 지팡이를 던졌더니 뱀으로 변했습니다.
뱀의 꼬리를 잡으면 뱀에게 물릴 수 있지만, 모세가 순종하여 뱀의 꼬리를 잡자 뱀은 곧바로 지팡이로 변했습니다. 이 말씀은 모세의 소명과도 연결되는 말씀입니다. 뱀의 꼬리처럼 이집트에서 억압받는 노예로 살아가는 이스라엘에게로 가라! 이스라엘은 왕권을 상징하는 홀, 목자의 지팡이로서의 사명을 가진 민족입니다.
Throw down the staff, once a trusted guide, a serpent it becomes, deceit hidden inside.
A symbol of trust turned treacherous and sly, worldly allure, an abomination moves on its belly.
한때 의지하던 지팡이를 던져버리면, 뱀이 되어 속임수를 숨기고 있습니다.
신뢰의 상징이 배신과 교활함, 세속적 매혹으로 변합니다. 배로 기어다니는 가증한 것입니다.
Yet, as instructed, I seize the snake's tail, a daring act, though it might assail.
In obedience, the serpent transforms, a staff once more, no lingering harms.
하지만 지시에 따라 비록 뱀이 공격할지라도 대담하게 뱀의 꼬리를 잡습니다.
뱀은 다시 한 번 지팡이로 변하고, 해를 입히지 않습니다.
A lesson unfolds in the desert's vast span, Israel, oppressed, akin to a serpent's tail.
They bear a mission, a scepter to wield, as a kingdom of priests, their destiny revealed.
광활한 사막에서 이스라엘이 뱀의 꼬리처럼 억압받는 가운데 교훈이 펼쳐집니다.
제사장 나라로서 홀을 휘두를 사명을 지닌 이스라엘의 운명이 드러납니다.
God told Moses to put his hand into his bosom a second time, and when he took it out, he found leprosy, a malignant skin disease. The Lord told him to put his hand back into his bosom. When he put it back in and took it out, his hand was back to normal. The symbolic meaning of this is the disease of separation and exclusion. A disease that makes Israel and all nations hostile to each other! Anti-Semitism is extreme in the world now. As a believing Gentile church, if we resist anti-Semitism, stand on Israel's side, and embrace Israel in our hearts, we can become one with Israel and complete the kingdom of God, just as we are restored to healthy hands like the second sign.
하나님은 모세에게 두 번째로 손을 가슴에 넣으라고 하셨고, 손을 꺼냈을 때 악성 피부병인 나병을 발견했습니다. 주님은 그의 손을 다시 가슴에 넣으라고 하셨습니다. 다시 손을 넣었다가 꺼냈더니 손이 정상으로 돌아왔습니다. 이 병의 상징적 의미는 분리와 배제의 병입니다. 이스라엘과 모든 민족을 서로 적대시하게 만드는 병입니다. 지금 세계는 반유대주의가 극에 달해 있습니다. 믿는 이방인 교회로서 반유대주의에 저항하고 이스라엘 편에 서서 이스라엘을 가슴에 품는다면 두 번째 표적과 같이 건강한 손으로 회복된 것처럼 이스라엘과 하나가 되어 하나님 나라를 완성할 수 있을 것입니다.
Into my bosom, my hand I place, a second sign, a divine embrace.
Leprosy, a curse, malignant stain, Symbolic of separation's bane.
내 품에 손을 넣습니다, 두 번째 표징, 거룩한 품음.
나병, 저주, 악성 얼룩, 분열을 상징합니다.
The world plagued by hostility and strife, Israel's plight, a tumultuous life.
A call to resist, to take a stand, against anti-Semitism's grip, so grand.
적대감과 분쟁에 시달리는 세계, 이스라엘의 곤경과 격동의 삶.
반유대주의의 지배에 맞서 저항하고 맞서야 합니다.
Once more, my hand concealed from sight, emerges whole, restored, contrite.
As my hand heals, a promise unfolds, unity with Israel, as God's plan enfolds.
다시 한 번, 내 손이 보이지 않게 숨겨졌습니다. 온전하게, 회복되고, 통회하며 드러납니다.
내 손이 치유되면서 약속이 펼쳐지고, 하나님의 계획대로 이스라엘과 하나가 됩니다.
Then take some water from the Nile, and pour it on the ground. "The water you take from the river will turn into blood on the dry land.” The third sign of water turning into blood is connected to the miracle of water turning into wine that Jesus showed at the wedding feast in Cana. Blood symbolizes the precious blood that Jesus shed for sinners, and when the Gentile churches fulfill the mission of filling the blood of sacrifice with Jesus, Israel and the Gentile churches will become one and complete.
나일강에서 물을 가져다가 마른 땅에 붓습니다. "나일 강에서 퍼온 물이 마른 땅에서 피가 될 것이다."
물이 피로 변하는 세 번째 표징은 예수님께서 가나 혼인 잔치에서 보여주신 물이 포도주로 변하는 기적과 관련이 있습니다. 피는 예수님이 죄인을 위해 흘리신 귀한 피를 상징하며, 이방인 교회가 예수님과 함께 희생의 피를 채우는 사명을 완수할 때 이스라엘과 이방인 교회는 하나가 되고 완성될 것입니다.

나일강에서 나는 물을 길어 마른 땅 위에 신성한 법칙을 세웁니다.
표징을 보라, 강물이 흐르고 붉은 빛의 피로 변합니다.
In Cana's feast, where joy was found, the wine of Christ, a love unbound.
No mere drink, but a divine decree, a sign of union, for all to see.
기쁨이 넘치는 가나의 잔치에서 그리스도의 포도주, 한없는 사랑을 발견했습니다.
단순한 음료가 아니라 모두가 볼 수 있는 거룩한 명령이자 연합의 기적입니다.
As water turns to crimson red, gentiles and Israel, together tread.
Completing the miracle, God's grand plan, in unity, echad
물이 진홍색으로 변할 때, 이방인과 이스라엘이 함께 발을 딛습니다.
하나님의 원대한 계획인 에하드의 기적을 완성합니다.
