“Come closer to me,”

Joseph said to his brothers. They came closer.

“I am Joseph your brother whom you sold into Egypt. Genesis 45:4

In that moment, the opulence of the palace faded into the background, and the vulnerability of a man who had endured the trials of betrayal and enslavement came to the forefront.
