Some time later tow officials came into the prison where Yosef was imprisoned. One night the two of them, there in prison, both had dreams. After hearing their dreams, Yosef said that the interpretation of dreams belongs to God, and then returned the initiative in interpretation to God. The conflicting fates of the two officials appear. Yosef grew to the point where he had the power and wisdom to interpret dreams.
The call to view the relationship between Israel and its surrounding Arab countries through the lens of God's plan and providence reflects a desire for a transformative and miraculous resolution to longstanding conflicts.
